We never back a deck. We back a Point of View. Here's ours.

Point of view

Our
Non-Negotiables

  1. Ambition

Thinking small is a waste of a good obsession.

Thinking big is non-negotiable. But massive only counts if it matters: if humanity is measurably better because it exists.

  2. Optimism

Radical optimism is the best strategy.

Pessimism sounds smart, but it's never built anything. Every company that mattered started with someone betting the future could be better.

  3. Direction

If you're not pro-humanity, you're part of the problem.

Every company either moves the world forward or takes up space. We only back the first kind.

  4. Obsession

    Obsession outruns opportunism.

Anyone can ride a wave. Progress comes from people with a clear long-term view of what humanity needs and a laser focus on building it.

  5. Depth

Hard problems are the only moat left.

AI is making the easy things free. The biggest companies of the next decade will be built where it's still hard. The harder the problem, the longer the lead.

Our Manifesto

Will It Matter?

Think about the last handful of startups you encountered and ask yourself: Will it actually matter to the world if any of them succeed?

Every company either moves the world forward or takes up space, and if we're being brutally honest, many of them belong in the second camp. But taking up space isn't neutral. The best people and the best capital are finite; where they go decides what the future looks like.

Right now, so many seemingly smart people are saying that the world is done for, that it's already too late. We think the opposite is true. This is the best moment in history to build! Generational leaps in AI, robotics, and deep tech are opening up a chance to rewrite the systems civilization runs on, and the most important companies of the coming decades are being built today.

Yes, today’s challenges are real. An energy system that can't keep up, a shrinking workforce, healthcare that's breaking down, relentless heat waves, infrastructure that wasn't built for an agentic age, a generation that no longer expects to do better than its parents.

Some founders see this list as someone else's problem. Others see this as a list of the biggest companies yet to be built. Those are the founders we want to meet: absurdly talented, unreasonably driven, and absolutely determined to leave the world radically better off than they found it. Obsessives on a mission.

These obsessives are already out there: people like Demis Hassabis using AI to crack biology's hardest problems, Greg Jackson rebuilding how a country buys its electricity, and Fei-Fei Li teaching machines to understand the physical world. And just to be clear: None of them are doing charity work. The hardest problems attract the most ambitious people and create the biggest markets; the companies that rebuild the systems everyone depends on will be among the most valuable ever built. It's harder to go after this kind of problem, but the rewards are worth it in every sense.

So we ask you: What type of founder are you? When so much is at stake, will you sit it out or will you step up?

We know many of you are dreaming far bigger than a massive exit. Good! Thinking small is a waste of a good obsession. You deserve to be treated like the phenom you are. You should have partners from Day 0 who understand the full extent of your ambition, and who want the future you're building as badly as you do.

Revent is that partner. Your earliest believer, the one in your corner when you're building like 8 billion people depend on it. Whether you're rewriting how our energy systems function, deploying robots to solve critical labor shortages, securing essential infrastructure in an agentic world, shifting healthcare toward prevention and personalization, or building something none of us have imagined yet, we've got you.

Bring your fever dream, we'll bring the fuel.
